Foster care isn’t designed to create families, it’s designed to restore them.

That means sometimes, the children you love may return home.

Foster care says, “I’ll love you well, no matter how long you stay.”

👉 That said… if your heart is set on adoption, you’re not wrong for desiring stability.

Many foster-to-adopt programs exist to help families connect with children whose parental rights have already been terminated (or are very likely to be).

You can still foster.
You can still adopt.
You can still protect your heart and answer the call.
There’s not one perfect path.
